Saturn Design informations

Change the look of your Goliath Battlecruiser and render enemy laser attacks almost useless with this design's "Prismatic Shielding" capability. It'll also temporarily weaken your enemy's lasers, and give you 10% more shield power in return.
When activated, this skill weakens your opponents lasers to the point of where they are near;y useless. The second effect applied is that your lasers get damage lowered by 10%, but in return, damage dealt to your ship is reduced by 80%.
It costs 250,000 U and it's not available for bidding in Trade.
It can also be gained by opening Pirate Booty Boxes (RARE!).
It is very useful in fights where the Spectrum is outnumbered, helping it to take more of a beating and still dish out one of its own, while staying alive. Prismatic Shielding has saved many a player and cannot be countered by an EMP, unlike the special abilities of the Venom and Diminisher designs.

RSB-75 AMMO

RSB-75 ammunition in the shop
RSB-75 is elite ammunition for Laser Cannons and is considered the strongest of Laser Batteries. It is intermittently available in the Shop, making this ammo just as rare as UCB-100. You can also obtain this ammo from Pirate Booty.
It does X6 damage, but salvo fires your lasers in bursts, with each burst expending an amount of ammunition, equal to the number of Laser Cannons equipped.

In-game descriptionEdit
One type of ammo you just can't do without: Rain death on your enemies when you fire off a rapid laser salvo.

TipsEdit
RSB-75 ammo is expensive and not always available, so only use it when necessary, e.g. when attacking strong players.
Switch between RSB-75 and any other ammunition while attacking in order to better utilize the time delay between each RSB burst as it has to reload.
RSB-75 ammo can be purchased regardless of whether or not the ammo capacity is full.

New clan battle station informations

Clan Battle Stations (CBS), are the fortified outposts that can be made from new Asteroids found in Orbit. You can only access this feature if you are in a clan.
''The arms race is underway! Our scientists recently discovered Asteroids rich in raw materials on a few different maps. Stock up on the right equipment and transform these boulders hurtling through space into flying fortresses. Enlist the help of your clan to find the best Modules for your Booty Boxes and claim your rightful position of dominance. You can protect your stations with Hull Modules and Deflectors and, with Laser Banks and Rocket Phalanxes, you'll have your enemies heading for the hills. Join your buddies in the fight against you and your company's enemies.''
Only of eaach can be installed on a single station. Each booster will stack on top of existing boosters)Are you already the member of a Clan? Then what are you waiting for? You can found your own Clan or enter into battle at any time if you're already a member. With every Battle Station you destroy, your status will rise in your company's hierarchy. Join forces with your fellow Clan members and set your sights on enemy Battle Stations!
  • Honor booster (when fully upgraded, 5% more honor for all clan members on all maps. Capped at 50%)
  • Honor Booster Module (HONM-1)
  • EP booster (when fully upgraded, 5% more EP for all clan members on all maps. Capped at 50%)
  • Experience Booster Module (XPM-1)
  • Damage booster (when fully upgraded, 5% damage increase for all weapons that are equipped on your ship and drones when firing at targets in the map where you have your battle station)
  • Damage Booster Module (DMGM-1)
  • Engineering Bay (Only 1 of each can be installed on a single station)
  • Repair of all installed modules at the same time (always on)
  • Repair Module (REPM-1)
The remaining for module categories can be installed multiple times on a single station:
Laser banks
A preview of the CBS component
  • High damage, low range, high fire-rate, low accuracy -
    • Laser Turret Module - Low Range (LTM-LR)
  • Mid damage, mid-range, mid fire-rate, mid accuracy -
    • Laser Turret Module - Mid Range (LTM-MR)
  • Low damage, high-range, low fire-rate, high accuracy -
    • Laser Turret Module - High Range (LTM-HR) -
    • Rockets Array Mid damage, high range, low fire-rate, mid accuracy -
    • Rocket Array Module - Mid Accuracy (RAM-MA)
  • High damage, high range, low fire-rate, low accuracy -
    • Rocket Array Module - Low Accuracy (RAM-LA)

If you are near an empty Asteroid, a building interface will pop up. You can move the modules from the top to the different open slots in the building UI. You can only activate the CBS if you have places the Hull Module and the Deflector module + the 8 different modules in their slots. Every module will need a few seconds to be “installed”. afterwards just click the build button and wait a bit.
CBS in action
  • If the CBS is finished and you want to have a proper fight, don’t forget to deactivate the Deflector module! Otherwise the CBS will be invincible.
  • The CBS will only be destroyed if you destroy the Hull Module! And this will be pretty difficult, if you don’t destroy the defensive structures first! It is balanced to be able to withstand an attack of 20 full elite Goliath with only 10 FE Golis defending. So, yeah, it is pretty strong.
  • If the attacking Clan will destroy a module, you can replace that module!
Replacing a module: All modules can be replaced by a clan member that has module replacement rights by simply dragging and dropping a new module from their inventory onto the module that they want to replace. - Only fully repaired modules can be installed. It takes 2 minutes to replace a module. -During these 2 minutes: - New module does not function (still propagates aggression to other modules though!) - Can be targeted and takes damage to its hitpoints.
Additional info:
CBS emergency repair is used as shown:
  • Can only be used on installed modules by members of the owning clan.
  • It can be activated on all external modules and the hub.
  • Is activated via a dialogue that is opened when the player clicks on one of the installed modules. Emergency repair of the hub is trigger by clicking either the hull or deflector module, though the emergency repair will only actually affect the hull module, since the deflector doesn't have any hitpoints.
  • Any member of the clan that owns the station can use emergency repair.
  • Costs 1,000 Uridium.
  • Repairs 8,000 hitpoint per second and has a duration of 10 seconds (so it will repair 10% of an external module's hitpoints).
  • Cannot be stacked - the emergency repair must finish before it can be trigger again on the same module. The only time repair values are displayed above a module in the spacemap is when Emergency Repair is active for that module. This is because all modules and the hub are
  • Cannot be stacked - the emergency repair must finish before it can be trigger again on the same module. The only time repair values are displayed above a module in the spacemap is when Emergency Repair is active for that module. This is because all modules and the hub are constantly under repair (due to the passive background heal and if an Engineering Bay is installed)
  • Note: if you are not a member of the owning clan, you will not see any UI when clicking a completed station(double clicking the hub or one of the modules will actually cause your ship to shoot at it!).
CBS deflector shield
  • Battle stations have a shield deflector which makes the station completely invulnerable.
  • For every minute deflector is turned off, the station generates X shield deflector minutes, which can be consumed later.
  • Every 60 seconds, the deflector points generated from the previous 60 seconds are added to the deflector minutes container.
  • A newly constructed station starts with 300 minutes of deflector minutes.
  • The deflector shield is on by default, clan members with the corresponding rights can only turn it off for a set duration via a dropdown menu (options are in 30 minute intervals). They can never turn it on.
  • The amount of minutes earned is visually presented in the above Station U

75% chance of one of these items: • the new Hercules Drone design! Equip one of your drones with the design and the drone's shield generator will produce 15% more shield energy. If all of the drones are equipped with the Hercules design, then there is a set bonus of an additional 20% HP! • the new Multi Booster! For 5 hours of gameplay, the Multi Bonus gives you an additional 5% on all inflicted damage, on your XP and your shields, and are added on top of the other boosters you're using. • one of the super-rare LF4 Laser Cannons.
Here are a few tips on how to complete the gate fairly quick/easy and not be annoyed or bored.
Have your P.E.T 10 out to help you (Every little damage helps).
Use Seprom boosted x2 ammunition that you get from building the gate.
Be sure to collect your rewards and have your P.E.T 10 out so it gets EXP.
Use moth drone formation, nearly all aliens in that gate die with over half shields when you use it. (Pretty useful. Helps you do the waves way faster).
Don't chase them down. Let the aliens run when low on hit points, then move on to the next one. Once they've all scattered into the corner(s), find the "sweet spot" where you're out of their range and pop them at your leisure. (Double Hint: Put your P.E.T 10 on autolooter when you're shooting the aliens in the corner(s). It can go into the Radiation Zone without damage and collect the salvage)...

Secret map(cubicon map)

The Cubikon's Graveyard (also known as ??? in the minimap) is a secret map that can only be accessed by traveling to the black hole in the center of 4-5, then using either a Jump CPU 1 or Jump CPU 2 and appearing there by chance. It is considered very difficult to get into this map, but when inside, you will find many Cubikon and Protegit around the entire map.
The benefit to entering this map is that you will also find Bonus Boxes covering the entire map, each containing 1,000 UCB-100 ammo. The two methods of exiting the map is either by using a Jump CPU 2, or by destruction of your ship.

Trivia
As of 2011, the Bonus Boxes appear once every day. On average, 10 people per day are able to jump into the Cubikon Graveyard. When jumping at the end of the day, all the Bonus Boxes may be gone due to other players.

Maps informations

Maps (shown as Star system in-game) are the backgrounds that you travel across when flying your ship. They contain different planets and stars varying from which company side you are on. There are two types of Star Systems; 'Lower Maps', 'Battle Maps', and 'Upper Maps'. Lower maps contain weak NPC due to new players starting here. Upper maps are where stronger NPC are found and Battle Maps (4-X) are where primary PvP and Events happen. You can access the Battle Maps by going to your 4-1, 4-2, and 4-3 maps and accessing the middle portal. Level requirement to enter Upper maps is 9+. Be cautious of the Demilitarized Zones here due to not being able to jump if you are being shot at.
Pirate Maps have also been added, in which are 5-1, 5-2, and 5-3. They are accesible only through 4-5. In 4-5, you will see three more portals which will get you to the 5-1 map. From there, you have to cross the map to get to 5-2, located in 5-2 is a small base in which you can exchange collected Palladium (15 Palladium = 1 Extra Energy for the Galaxy Gate Generator.) After this map, you must continue onto 5-3 where you can find the boss Pirate NPC, if you wish to return to the normal maps, you enter the last portal on the left which takes you to 4-4.

List of current Maps
Maps are generally divided into four sections, Lowers, Uppers, Battle Maps, and newly added, Pirate Maps.

Galaxy gates informations

Galaxy Gates (also short for GG) are unique portals which lead to special maps that contain multiple waves of NPC, and give certain rewards depending on the gate completed.
There are several types of galaxy gates that can be built; Normal gates require them to be built before you can enter them, while special gates are already completed. If your shipis destroyed in a normal gate, you have a number of lives to retry the gate on the same wave, but if all lives get depleted, you must rebuild that gate again, while special gates do not contain lives and you can retry as many times as you want.

Building galaxy gates
Galaxy Gates are built from multiple gate parts. Parts can only be obtained from the Galaxy Gate Generator. When you receive a part of a galaxy gate, it is added to the gate shown to the right of the generator.
The normal types of gates require different numbers of parts:
  • Alpha Gate: 34 parts
  • Beta Gate: 48 parts
  • Gamma Gate: 82 parts
  • Delta Gate: 128 parts
  • Epsilon Gate: 99 parts
  • Zeta Gate: 111 parts
  • Kappa Gate: 120 parts
  • Lambda Gate: 45 parts
  • Kronos Gate: Visit the Kronos Gate page for build information.
Once you have completed a gate, it is destroyed and must be rebuilt in order to use it again.

Preparing for a jump

Once you have collected all of a normal galaxy gate's parts, you can click the 'Prepare jump' button and the portal appears on your X-1 map near your company's base.
You start with only three tries to complete the gate. A try is lost if you die. Between each wave, you have a chance to exit the gate and return to your progress later.

Trivia
In GG Y4, there were aliens that looked practically identical to some of the aliens in Zeta Gate. The aliens in the gate were called Unidentified Destroyer/Dreadnaught. It is highly likely that these were Infernals and Scorchers.
Zeta Gate is currently the best gate for log-disks.
Interestingly enough, if you take off all the Havoc drone designs you have there is higher chance of winning a new Havoc.
It's recommended to use Moth Formation ( F-09-MO ) since the stronger aliens have alot of shield. When using this formation the shield penetration increases by 20% meaning you will finish the gate faster than normal.
Requested Tips for Zeta Gate / Configuration with 300 speed ( promerium boosted ) - With this configuration you are able to finish your Zeta Gate with out major effort. Drag From corner to corner.
Best ship for Zeta to make it easiest on any player use an Aegis and follow directions from above.
